with parents

The kita is not only a place for children, but also their families. As a family-friendly institution, it is our aim that children and parents feel comfortable and well supported. An open and trustworthy collaboration is the foundation for this.

We are aware that parents are people who understand their children best. That is why a close cooperation is important to us: we listen, involve parents and implement shared ideas in our daily routine. Appreciation, respect and recognition play a central role at our organisation. We take criticism, suggestions and complaints seriously and work together to find solutions. To accomplish this, we have developed a transparent complaint management system which makes it possible to raise concerns in different ways and ensures a professional approach. To support this collaboration even better, we introduced the Famly app in 2024. It facilitates communication between parents and the team of educators and makes organizational processes more efficient.

It brings us great pleasure when parents get actively involved - for example through small projects, story time or creative ideas. All suggestions are welcome. It is a matter of course for us to support parents in the best possible way.
