Welcome!
We are delighted that you have found your way to the Bambuswald Kita.

Our Kita is a German-Chinese Parent-Initiative Kita in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.

We are open Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our core team takes care of up to 28 children aged between 1 to 6. There are 2 groups in total.

As a parent-initiated kita, the teachers remain in close contact with the parents, which creates a very cosy atmosphere. All parents are involved in different areas to ensure that the Kita runs smoothly.

How can you apply?

Please send us your application by email to bewerbung@kita-bambuswald.de.
You can also send us an unsolicited application at any time. We will be happy to contact you as soon as a suitable position is available.

We are currently looking for...

Intern (f/m/d)

We regularly offer internships for trainees and students. The internship should be at least four weeks long (full-time). If you enjoy working with small children and are curious about what a day-to-day working life in a kita looks like, we would be happy to receive your application.

Federal Voluntary Service Worker (f/m/d)

Would you like to volunteer at our kita? Please apply with us. In addition to supporting the teachers with childcare, you can participate in many interesting projects.

Note: You must be able to prove that you live in Berlin for the duration of your voluntary service.
